DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last Updated: September 15, 2026 Official Policy & Information

1. Commitment to Copyright Protection & DMCA Compliance

Telelatinoapk (accessible at https://telelatinoapk.lat) respects the intellectual property rights of artists, video game developers, animators, musicians, and digital creators worldwide. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA"), the European Union Copyright Directive, and international intellectual property treaties, Telelatinoapk maintains a rigorous, responsive, and expedited notice-and-takedown protocol to address legitimate claims of copyright infringement.

It is our steadfast policy to promptly investigate notices of alleged infringement and take appropriate statutory action, including disabling access to or permanently removing any infringing material from our web portal.

2. Nature of Our Gaming Index

Telelatinoapk operates as an interactive digital entertainment portal and index that embeds free-to-play HTML5 video games from third-party developer platforms and distribution networks (such as GameMonetize). We do not decompile, reverse-engineer, or claim proprietary ownership over third-party creative game assets.

Most games on our platform are published pursuant to developer syndication agreements or open distribution models. However, we acknowledge that intellectual property disputes or unauthorized syndication by third parties may occasionally arise across the open Internet. When notified properly, we act swiftly to protect rights holders.

3. Filing a Formal DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright that is allegedly infringed upon on Telelatinoapk, you must submit a formal written notification to our designated Copyright Agent containing all of the statutory elements specified under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

To ensure expedited processing, your DMCA Notification must include the following six (6) statutory elements:

  1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Specific identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., the official title of your game, copyright registration number, or a direct link to your authorized website);
  3. Identification of the Infringing Material: Clear identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing on Telelatinoapk and that is to be removed or access disabled, including the exact URL(s) on our portal (e.g. https://telelatinoapk.lat/game-slug);
  4. Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Sufficient information to permit our agents to contact you, such as your full legal name, company name (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and official email address;
  5. Good Faith Statement: A formal statement that you have a "good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law";
  6. Accuracy & Perjury Declaration: A statement that "the information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

4. How to Submit Your DMCA Notice

Please deliver your completed, signed notification directly to our designated DMCA Copyright Liaison:

Important Statutory Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to substantial statutory liability for damages, including court costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by Telelatinoapk.

5. Our Takedown Procedure & Timelines

Upon receipt of a valid, legally compliant DMCA notice meeting all statutory requirements:

  • Our compliance team will acknowledge receipt of your notice within twenty-four (24) hours;
  • We will promptly examine the claim and disable public access to or permanently remove the contested game title from our servers and database;
  • We will update our XML Sitemap and physical index to remove the contested URL;
  • We will notify the game developer or syndication partner who supplied the content, providing them with a copy of your complaint.

6. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you are a game developer or content provider whose material has been removed from Telelatinoapk as a result of a DMCA takedown notice, and you believe that the material was removed due to mistake, misidentification, or that you hold legitimate rights/licenses to the content, you may submit a formal Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

A valid Counter-Notification must be in writing and contain:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the URL where it appeared prior to removal;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your legal name, physical address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.

If a valid Counter-Notification is received, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within ten (10) business days that they have initiated a court action seeking a restraining order, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

In adherence to DMCA guidelines and international IP standards, Telelatinoapk enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. We reserve the absolute right to terminate syndication partnerships, block developer submission accounts, and permanently blacklist content providers who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Trademark & Brand Protection Inquiries

If your claim concerns alleged trademark infringement rather than copyright infringement (e.g., unauthorized commercial use of a trademarked brand name or visual trade dress), please specify the exact trademark registration number, governing jurisdiction, and the specific goods/services covered in your inquiry sent to admin@telelatinoapk.lat.
